Good and unbeatable position in the new area, so close to Traverse City or Petoskey, and restaurants. A huge variety of food options not very far from the venue.

Everything is nice here, had a good stay of three nights. The venue has particularly good and perfect location close to the Lake. Furthermore, it's adjacent to the casino, nearby Traverse City, and local restaurants. The hotel has the restaurant for breakfast.

Proximity to highway was about it

The stairs were steep. It didn't seem like the staff took into consideration that some people may have issues climbing them. This was just "ok". There wasn't any wow affect. We thought there was a contentental breakfast, but we were never informed where. Cheap towels.

I appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere, especially from Shonna at the front desk. She was accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed. The room wassuper clean and cozy.

Good hotel with great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find parking on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I recommend this spot for a hassle-free city trip.

Honestly, I can't recommend this place. Found bed bugs on my first night and when I told the owner, she was super defensive and rude. The whole vibe was just off. On the bright side, breakfast wasn't too bad, but that doesn't make up for the rest. This place needs a lot of TLC.
